For its sophomore outing in Chicago, Midwest HD EXPO returns to the Film Row Cinema at Columbia College.
Held annually in Chicago, the event is the Midwest version of HD EXPO, which is held twice a year in LA to packed audiences. Bryan Burns, Vice President of Strategic Business Planning and Development for ESPN, will keynote Midwest HD EXPO. Mr. Burns will address the marketplace conditions that will finally converge in 2006 to utterly reshape the television landscape. The panel "Multi Purposing Content," will be moderated by AICP's Mark Egmon, and will feature a lively look at the challenges and opportunities facing agencies and production companies alike as they deal with the vast array of marketing and advertising avenues. The year's Midwest HD EXPO also debuts the newest HD EXPO feature: the "Intensive". Apple and Panasonic will offer an intensive seminar utilizing Final Cut Studio & the AG-HVX200 camera, illustrating innovative work flows for these products.
