A stellar lineup this year focuses on promoting emerging talents from the Subcontinent and celebrating voices from the Diaspora. The Opening Night Feature is Fox Searchlight's new asset, Deepta Mehta's WATER, a controversial movie about widows in India. IAAC 2005 Honorees are Madhur Jaffrey, Deepta Mehta and Shashi Tharoor.

All films have post-screening discussions and filmmakers are encouraged to mingle with their audiences. A special panel discussion has been scheduled (details TBA) as well as After Parties for all attendees with the cast/crew at the end of each day.
