LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 11, 2006--Fandango, the nation's largest online, phone, and mobile movie ticketing service, has appointed Chuck Davis as the company's Chief Executive Officer. Davis, the former president and CEO of top-ranked shopping search site Shopzilla (formerly known as BizRate) and former president of eCommerce for The Walt Disney Internet Group, first joined Fandango as its Chairman in January 2006.

"Chuck is one of the most talented and well-respected executives in the online consumer business," says Michael Cline, Vice Chairman of Fandango.
