VIDEO: "TROPFEST @ TRIBECA" Red Carpet and Awards
The special short film program was a new addition to the Tribeca Film Festival this year. Held outside to an audience of about 5000, New Yorkers were treated to a special selection of short films from Australia, and New York. Featuring Ed Helms of the Daily Show on Comedy Central, Jane Rosenthal co-founder of the Tribeca Film Festival, John Polson founder of Tropfest, and Matt Dillon and Naomi Watts. The winner of the Tropfest@Tribeca film festival was Matthew Bonifacio for his film "Watering Hole". (7min, 17MB)
