Mississippi Chicken. This documentary was shot on Super8 film. This film actually got a lot of attention at this years Miami International Film Festival. Perhaps in part because of the perfect name. Mississippi Chicken is a very easy name to remember. But the film is about undocumented workers from Mexico and South America and shows in an intimate way how Americans, and American police have targeted and even exploited financially a very vulnerable community.
